I am a research associate at the Institute for Behavioral Science at the University of Colorado - Boulder and an economist with the U.S. Census Bureau. My research is focused on the relationship between work and family and policy impacts on women’s labor supply and household labor. I have ongoing work in areas of couples’ time spent together, workplace flexibility, and women’s work in a historical context. I am currently analyzing the effects of the Colorado Family Planning Initiative with a team of scholars in Colorado. I also spend a lot of time working on the linkage and dissemination of large person-level microdata.
