PSC researcher, Dennis Culhane, led a recent study on veteran homelessness. His team reports “huge success” in reducing the number of homeless vets by nearly 50 percent since 2010 in an article by Penn Today and SP2 News. “We don’t have social programs that have this level of success very often, where you can cut a social problem in half,” Culhane says.
