<p> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Emilce Santana is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Sociology Department at Texas A&M University. Her interests broadly include race/ethnicity, immigrant integration, and social stratification. She is especially interested in examining determinants of interethnic and interracial relationships and colorism. Her work has been featured in <em>The Sociological Quarterly</em> and <em>Race and Social Problems</em>. She received a PhD in Sociology with a specialization in Population Studies in 2019 and a BA in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013.</p>
