I am a research associate at the <a href="https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fbehavioralscience.colorado.e…; target="_blank" class="dhtgD aw5Odc">Institute for Behavioral Science at the <a href="https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.colorado.edu%2F&sa=D…; target="_blank" class="dhtgD aw5Odc">University of Colorado - Boulder and an economist with the <a href="https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.census.gov%2F&sa=D&a…; target="_blank" class="dhtgD aw5Odc">U.S. Census Bureau. My research is focused on the relationship between work and family and policy impacts on women’s labor supply and household labor. I have ongoing work in areas of couples’ time spent together, workplace flexibility, and women’s work in a historical context. I am currently analyzing the effects of the Colorado Family Planning Initiative with a team of scholars in Colorado. I also spend a lot of time working on the linkage and dissemination of large person-level microdata.
